Infectious mid basilar artery aneurysm from Pseudomonas meningitis

Abstract

Pseudomonas aeruginosa meningitis is an uncommon complication of neurosurgical procedures or head trauma. Here, a case of infectious mid basilar artery aneurysm from Pseudomonas meningitis, and its angiographic remission from timely antibiotic therapy, is reported.
