Introduction: Treatment of very wide neck aneurysms is challenging, especially if a deconstructive approach is not possible. When the aneurysm neck compromises more than half of the parent vessel perimeter, obtaining a useful working projection able to distinguish the aneurysm from the parent artery becomes very difficult.
