We read the article by Morsi et al 1 with great interest. We congratulate the authors for their experience with the Zoom RDL catheter system, which will be another step in making radial access more favourable. A 0.088 inch inner diameter catheter for radial access has advantages by allowing wide bore aspiration and multiple catheters simultaneously for endovascular procedures.
