    We read with interest the article by Nasciamento et al.1 The article appears to be an extension of a case series of 200 patients enrolled consecutively at that same single center between January 2021 and January 20222 to now include a total of 500 patients enrolled between that same start date (January 2021) through October 2023. The authors cite their own previous article in the Discussion but do not state specifically that the same 200 patients from the first article are included, or not, in the current article. Additional clarity would be useful.

    The article has several important and concerning elements. In the Results section of the Abstract, the authors state “A higher incidence of positive DWI findings was noted in the TRA group, with 46 (16.6%) patients, compared with 28 (12.6%) in the TFA group (p=0.21).” The casual reader might conclude that the rates of DWI findings …
