AB  - Peripheral intraorbital ophthalmic artery aneurysms are rare. We here present a case of intraorbital ophthalmic artery aneurysm, associated with multiple anterior circulation aneurysms. The asymptomatic ophthalmic artery aneurysm was not treated. However, the symptomatic ones were embolized.
