Both otolaryngologic and neurointerventional techniques are discussed to provide a comprehensive paradigm to treat patients with epistaxis. An exhaustive review of the anatomic basis for the two main subtypes of epistaxis is provided as well as a graduated approach to appropriate clinical management. ER -
