AB  - The follow-up and indications for retreatment of intracranial aneurysms treated endovascularly are still a matter of debate. We report the case of a patient with a ruptured aneurysm who was treated twice with coils and regularly followed up with MRI/MR angiography which showed a neck remnant that finally rebled.
