Operator rating scale used to assess difficulty of diagnostic angiography cases at our institution at the conclusion of each case
| Operator rating of difficulty | Description |
| 1 | Easy, no problems accessing vessels of interest |
| 2 | Moderate, took longer than usual to catheterize vessels of interest |
| 3 | Hard, required attending to scrub in, able to catheterize vessels of interest with difficulty |
| 4 | Converted to another site for access |
